During the event, groups must create a themed digital stop motion animation sequence. Animate begins with teams creating a “storyboard” of their planned animation. The teams then digitally record their items’ movements in their animation studio. The team may play back their movie and see their stop motion animation tale come to life, often with amusing and satisfying consequences.
