About:
Brand National is an engaging team-building activity that gives participants a special opportunity to explore the ideas of branding and identity. This interactive activity encourages creativity and enjoyment by asking participants to build a national brand from scratch. Teams will develop their own nations based on predetermined national features and collaborate to establish and design numerous components that will specifically distinguish each country. These components include of the nation’s name, flag, anthem, dance, and attire. The event culminates with a high-octane Eurovision-style performance in which each team proudly displays their newly created national identity in a choreographed spectacular with flags, songs, dances, and national costumes.
Learning Goals:
These components serve as the cornerstone for any business, just as a country is based around its purpose, vision, and values. Similar to this, although while it may not always be officially stated, a company’s culture, which is developed by the attitudes and actions of its personnel, reflects its underlying principles.
Exploring the value of corporate culture and how it goes beyond simple logos is made possible by Brand National. This curriculum places a strong emphasis on how a company’s culture has a significant impact on each employee’s behavior. Participants will learn important lessons about the value of a strong corporate culture and how it affects overall performance by participating in this team-building exercise.
